Fees, Terms and Conditions

Christchurch Town Hall
For performances at The Christchurch Town Hall, a service fee from $1.00 per ticket applies and is in addition to the advertised ticket price. If booking through a ticket retail agency a booking fee of $3.00 per ticket applies.

Delivery charges will be applied, per transaction as follows:

  • Ezyticket, Mobile ticket, Venue Collect: $5.50
  • Internet tickets via Standard Post: $8.50
  • Call Centre, Group tickets via Standard Post: $9.50
  • Courier: $5.50
  • Courier, Rural Delivery: $7.50

 

And credit card surcharges will be applied as follows:

  • MasterCard/VISA/AMEX: 2.55%
  • Diners: 2.65%  


All Other Venues
For performances at all other venues, a service fee from $2.00 per ticket will apply, in addition to the advertised ticket price. If booking through a ticket retail agency a booking fee of $3.00 per ticket applies.

Delivery charges as follows:

  • Ezyticket, Mobile ticket, Venue Collect: No charge
  • Regular Mail: $2.50 per transaction
  • Courier: $5.50 per transaction
  • Courier, Rural Delivery: $7.50 per transaction

Credit card surcharges as follows:

  • MasterCard/VISA/AMEX: 2.55%
  • Diners: 2.65%

 

Advertised ticket prices are GST inclusive but exclusive of booking and service fees.


Please note:

  • Tickets are non-transferable between events.
  • The use of cameras or recording devices is strictly prohibited.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges on lost or stolen tickets.
  • There are no exchanges or refunds on ticket price or service fees except as required by law.

 

We reserve the right to admit latecomers at a suitable point in the performance. If there is no suitable point, latecomers may not be permitted entrance. Latecomers will not be entitled to a transfer or a refund.
